Detailed Description

Standard ARC 5 PLC control unit with touchscreen operator interface, weld schedule storage, and process monitoring through Lincoln Electric’s Power Wave Manager Software.

Self-contained, skid-mounted unit with up to 450 amp welding power supply, and water-cooled GMAW torch.

The horizontal overlay process allows high deposition rates.

Heavy-duty slides with up to 50” horizontal travel and 24” vertical travel.

Excellent system for cladding for corrosion or wear resistance. The system performs well with Inconel, Stellite and carbide covered wires.
