Hi-Tech Seals’ Dry slide bearing has a common structure, consisting of a steel backing bonded to a porous bronze sinter layer impregnated and overlaid with the PTFE/lead bearing material. Dry slide bearings take advantage of the out-standing dry bearing properties of PTFE and combines them with strength, stability and good wear resistance, excellent heat conductivity and low thermal expansion.
