Detailed Description
The Pipe Inspection System offers two high-resolution CCTV cameras for multiple views; a camera control panel allows for remote adjustment of things like magnification. The system first coats the inside of the pipe with a liquid dye penetrant; afterward, the inspection system can perform UV tests. When the inspection is complete, the camera is replaced with a spray lance, which sprays water to wash away the liquid dye penetrant. Air is then sprayed to dry the part when the inspection is finished.
