Detailed Description

Mast & Substructure Combos - Masts. Single & Double Pole Specifications. Raising & Telescoping Derrick is raised & lowered with multi-stage hydraulic raising & telescoping rams. Chrome plating the ram is standard. Safety check valve controls lowering. Tubing Racking Board Racking board automatically unfolds to working position as derrick is telescoped & returns to folded position as derrick is telescoped down. These same automatic features are furnished on the rodman's basket & rodhangers. Adjustable tubing board fingers extend from outer edge of board toward derrick to prevent pipe from side-loading board. Derrick Locks Top section locks to bottom section when extended. Locks are released manually with lever at operator's position when telescoping down. Guylines Load guy lines are standard on all SK derricks. Work Platform A light work platform is available that mounts on derrick base & folds up to be carried with the rig. Base Beam Base beam installed under derrick jacks.
